5 Steps to a Successful Delivery
1. Once you order is confirmed, you will then be provided with a week commencing delivery date. You must notify us immediately if you are not able to accept the week commencing date.
2. We must be made aware of any restrictions that may affect the delivery, as we use 18.5 tonne box vehicles to delivery your goods. Things that may affect the delivery are narrow roads, low bridges and weight restrictions.
3. You will receive an email or a text confirming your specific delivery date and delivery driver details, no later than a week prior to your delivery.
4. Our driver will contact you 1 hour before arrival so you are not waiting in all day, if you wish you can contact them for updates too.
5. We do operate on a kerb side delivery basis and our drivers are not insured to bring the goods into your property. Most of the time our drivers are able to offload the goods by themselves, however a helping hand is always welcomed.
